Mums and Bubs Group
Looking for a place to connect about motherhood?
Our Mums and Bubs group is a gentle, supportive space designed for parents navigating the early months with babies. Guided by Mental Health Social Worker Clare Pollock, this group offers a calm and welcoming environment where mothers can connect, share openly, and feel understood.
Each session blends conversation, evidence-informed emotional wellbeing support, and authentic connection with others in the same season of life. Whether you’re adjusting to your new identity, seeking reassurance, or simply craving community, this group provides a place to exhale.
Together, we explore the realities of early motherhood with compassion, honesty, and encouragement, because you deserve to feel supported, grounded, and connected during this tender time.
